Joan has been teaching for 7 years.  She has primarily taught math in grades 4 through 8.  She has spent the last two years as a Gifted Intervention Specialist teaching 5th and 6th grade math for the Forest Hills School District in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree and certification in elementary education from Xavier University. She also received her master’s degree and certification in gifted education from Xavier University. Joan contributed to the Middle School Math Room.
