Elizabeth Papp Taylor has been a librarian and educator for 24 years. She began her career as a Librarian at the Library of Science and Medicine at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Elizabeth’s service includes several appointments as a long-term substitute librarian for the Shaker Heights City School District, Ohio. Her teaching responsibilities include library instruction for grades K-12, selecting and ordering books, and working with classroom teachers. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology from Rutgers in 1981 and received her Masters in Library Science from Rutgers in 1988. Elizabeth is the present PTO Council President for the Shaker City Schools.  Elizabeth contributed to the Elementary School Life Science Room.
