Having been a library media specialist for more than 25 years, Barbara has a great deal of experience providing information resources to students. In this capacity she has encouraged greater information literacy for students and staff. In addition, she serves as the INFOhio Coordinator for grades K-12 for the Lakewood City School District in Lakewood, Ohio. Barbara holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Library Science, as well as a Master's in Library Science. As one of the original SchoolRooms pilot participants, Barbara contributed to the Elementary School US History Room. Barbara returned to serve as a SchoolRooms facilitator and identified content for the Elementary School Math and Technology Rooms.
